I work with my clients to help them achieve their running goals and ambitions. By using technology, science, knowledge and experience, I create sustainable and manageable running programmes that will ensure you reach your goals.

An integral part of run training and achieveing your goals is nutrition and fuelling. This may include modifications of daily eating habits designed to suit your lifestyle as well as specialised strategies for training and race day.

Hi there! I’m Oliver, the owner and Head Coach of Complete Athlete and a passionate ultra runner, mostly on trails and in mountains.

I have successfully competed in and completed 100 mile and 100 km trail and road running events, the Comrades Marathon, the Two Oceans Marathon and loads of other distances in between. In addition I have also completed Half and Full Ironman events.

At the Complete Athlete we are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific goals and ambitions. Be it a 5km, Marathon, Comrades or even a 100 miler, we take you seriously.
