I’m a passionate ultra runner, mostly on trails and in mountains and have multiple running certifications to be a running coach! I have successfully competed in and completed 100 mile and 100 km trail and road running events, the Comrades Marathon, the Two Oceans Marathon, the Cape Town Marathon and loads of other distances in between. In addition I have also completed Half and Full Ironman events.
